ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Yeesan Loh website and online shop are offered to all users upon acceptance of all Terms & Conditions and policies stated herein and elsewhere throughout this website.  By accessing and/or ordering from the Yeesan Loh website, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.  If the consumer does not agree, Yeesan Loh reserves the right to refuse service.  All deliveries, services, and information provided shall be performed according to Yeesan Loh terms and conditions.  No provisions which conflict or deviate from our terms and conditions will be recognized or honored.

PURCHASES

Purchases made on this website are for the personal or gift use of the purchaser only.   Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited.  Please contact Yeesan Loh directly for wholesale inquiries.

Yeesan Loh reserves the right not to accept the consumer's order if the authorization for payment is not obtained, to refuse a transaction or services for any reason to anyone at any time at sole discretion.  Consumer orders as well as payments will be kept as secure as possible, however, in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, Yeesan Loh will not be held responsible for any loss on the consumer's side.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Paper items, as we know, are delicate. Items will be packaged as such that they reach you in perfect condition, but Yeesan Loh will not be responsible for any damages caused by shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or should there be any defects in the item, please contact yeesanloh@icloud.com. 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Most orders are not, but some are subject to availability.  Orders may be cancelled within 24 hrs of order being received and no later.

COLOURS

Please note that every effort has been made to render product information and colors accurately.  However, due to the various displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item.  

PRICES

All prices are listed in US Dollars.  Shipping costs are not included in the price, and will be calculated as an extra charge at checkout.  All prices are subject to change at any time, but the price at the time of the order or prior to price increase will be honored. 

LIABILITY

The consumer agrees that Yeesan Loh shall be held harmless and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense due in full or in part arising out of resulting from using the Yeesan Loh website or purchasing from the Yeesan Loh online shop.  In no event shall Yeesan Loh be liable to the consumer for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the Yeesan Loh website, online store, or the content found within.

We respect your privacy.  Under no circumstance will Yeesan Loh share any personal data provided by users to third parties or outside affiliates.
